Beginners course and new timetable! The beginners course is starting 26th Oct for 6 weeks! With one week break on the 9th Nov. 6-7.15pm. The course will cover meditation, breathing, postures and philosophy so you can feel comfortable joining any vinyasa style class. Please review the new timetable. We have recently added a yin class to Friday’s 4.30-5.30pm and Monday’s and Wednesday’s class at 12.15-1.15pm have ceased. I look forward to seeing you in the studio!
